All Ivory Orchid gold jewelry is solid 18 karat gold, containing 75% pure gold, alloyed with silver, copper, and zinc. 

All Ivory Orchid sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper. 

We do not sell gold-filled, gold vermeil, or gold-plated jewelry.

Lab Diamonds: Our lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds and sourced from a supplier certified under the SCS 007 standard for diamond traceability.

Origin: All pieces are crafted in the U.S.A.

Please allow 3–4 weeks from order to delivery, including production and shipping. Orders ship from Alexandria, Virginia, and we’ll email tracking when your piece ships.

Signature confirmation is required on all deliveries or packages held for pickup.

Free 30-day returns: request a return within 30 days of delivery and we’ll email you a prepaid return label, with no restocking fee. One earring from each pair may be tried on; the second stays secured with a tamper-evident security tag, which must remain intact for your return to be accepted.

Your jewelry is crafted from enduring materials including solid gold, solid sterling silver, natural pearls, and genuine diamonds. With a little care, they will stay beautiful for years. Avoid salt/chlorine water, chemicals, and rough surfaces. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratches.

We recommend having your jewelry professionally inspected and cleaned by a qualified jeweler once a year to maintain its condition and check prong and clasp security. Damage or deterioration caused by exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, lotion, or other substances contrary to these care instructions is considered normal wear resulting from customer use, and is not covered under our warranty.
